He has qualified experience in the <br />local agency and Caltrans project delivery process, and has extensive knowledge of <br />the Primavera (P3) scheduling system. <br />Glen Helen Parkway Grade Separation over UPRR +BNSF, San Bernardino, <br />California Project engineer responsible for horizontal and vertical geometric <br />design on the proposed alignment, proposed grading, right of way engineering, <br />temporary traffic controls during construction, coordination between our sub <br />consultants, the County, and utility companies, and project plan delivery. <br />Auto Center Drive Grade Separation over BNSF, Corona, California Project <br />engineer responsible for horizontal and vertical geometric design on the proposed <br />alignment, proposed grading, right of way engineering, value engineering, <br />retaining wall design, temporary traffic controls during construction, coordination <br />between our sub consultants, the City, and utility companies, and project plan <br />delivery. <br />i�ogates Street Grade Separation over UPRR, West Covina, California: As a <br />Scheduler, Albert was responsible for review of monthly schedule updates and <br />time impact analysis in direct response to claims by the contractor and for future <br />claims.Grade separation of the UPRR Alhambra Branch crossing at Nogales <br />Street. The major components of work consist of a UPRR grade separation bridge, <br />an overcrossing at Valley Boulevard, retaining walls, depressing Nogales Street, a <br />loop connector road, utility relocations, a pump station, detour roads, landscaping <br />and irrigation, drainage & sewer, and signalization & lighting and other <br />miscellaneous items of work. Avenue S Grade Separation and Avenue Corridor <br />Improvements, Palmdale, CA: Senior scheduler responsible for review of monthly <br />schedule updates and time impact analysis. In addition, Albert reviewed the <br />baseline for approval and acceptance by the resident engineer. AECOM provided <br />full construction management, engineering and inspection services for the City <br />of Palmdale's Avenue S grade separation and Avenue S corridor improvement <br />projects. These projects included the widening of Avenue S, construction of a <br />bikeway, bridge replacement, and traffic signal installations & upgrades. <br />Ramona Boulevard Grade Separation over UPRR +Metrolink, cl Monte, California: <br />As a Scheduler, Albert was responsible for review of monthly schedule updates <br />and time impact analysis in direct response to claims by the contractor and for <br />future claims. Grade separation at the UPRR and Metrolink crossings of Ramona <br />Boulevard. Ramona Boulevard was lowered to cross under the two existing tracks, <br />as well as to accommodate the construction of a future third track. The project <br />consists of the construction of two railroad bridge structures and a substructure <br />for a future bridge to the north. Also, a temporary shoofly track for both Metrolink <br />and UPRR, a pump station and various retaining walls, a water line and several <br />storm drain lines. <br />Dillon Road Grade Separation over UPRR, Coachella, California: Project engineer <br />responsible for construction support, final right of way engineering and preparing <br />as -built plans.
