involved in. A minimum of three references for similar size and type projects, <br />including contact name, organization, and phone number, shall be provided <br />for the Project Manager. The Project Manager will be the primary contact <br />person to represent the firm and will be the person to conduct the <br />presentation, if invited for an interview. Sub - consultants, if any, shall be <br />identified with the same requirements as for the prime consultant. <br />F. List of similar projects which your firm completed within the last five (5) years. <br />Project information shall include project description, agency, client name <br />along with contact information, year completed, project construction and <br />design costs, and team members that worked on the projects. <br />G. Five (5) bound copies and one electronic copy in PDF format on a Compact <br />Disc (CD) of a complete responsive proposal shall be submitted. <br />IV. SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Consultant shall be responsible for the preparation and submittal of the <br />PSRE through completion, with the approval from the City and other involved <br />agencies. The PROJECT is federally funded and Caltrans retains stewardship <br />responsibility for project development documents to be reviewed by Federal <br />Highway Administration (FHWA), the Consultant shall prepare the PSRE in <br />accordance with the Caltrans Preparation Guidelines for Project Study Report in <br />the Caltrans Project Development Procedures Manual (PDPM). All necessary <br />documentation, studies, estimates, conceptual engineering plans and exhibits <br />shall be in accordance with the compliance documentation for California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Protection Act <br />(NEPA), unless otherwise noted, under the direction of a California registered <br />Civil Engineer. The following is the breakdown of the scope of work for the <br />PROJECT as well as the minimum deliverables required. Any additional tasks or <br />deliverables deemed necessary by the Consultant shall be clearly identified in the <br />proposal. <br />A. Management and Administration <br />The Consultant is fully responsible for the overall project management, <br />administration and coordination of the PROJECT, including but not limited to <br />the following: <br />1. Management and Coordination — The Consultant shall be the liaison with <br />responsible /cooperating agencies and other stakeholders, monitor project <br />progress and maintain project files. Other responsibilities of the <br />Consultant include supervising sub - consultants, coordinating, monitoring <br />and reviewing design for conformance with the standards, policies and <br />procedures of all affected agencies, including but not limited to the <br />following: <br />5 <br />
