The progress report shall discuss <br />significant issues and present proposed corrective action, show status of <br />major changes, and identify next month's activities. The Consultant shall <br />provide the City with two (2) copies of the progress report. <br />Deliverables — Monthly Progress Reports submitted in both hard copy and <br />electronic format. <br />B. Permits <br />The Consultant shall be responsible for securing all necessary encroachment <br />permits for field studies and work related to document preparation, such as <br />surveying and geotechnical activities. Additionally, the Consultant shall <br />submit any required traffic control plan to the City for review and concurrence <br />prior to beginning any field study. The Consultant shall obtain necessary <br />training including applicable rail safety program prior to performing field study. <br />The Consultant shall identify all potential project - related permit requirements <br />in the PSRE and include the cost in the cost estimate. <br />Deliverables — Documentation of all potential project- related permit <br />requirements. <br />C. Research & Data Collection <br />The Consultant shall thoroughly research and collect information related to <br />the PROJECT, including existing field conditions, as -built plans, studies, <br />encumbrances and record drawings (including utilities), reports, agreements, <br />right -of -way data, and all future improvement plans adjacent to or affecting <br />the project site. The Consultant shall review and document the collected <br />data, physical constraints, and deficiencies and include the cost estimate for <br />design solutions. <br />Deliverables — Documentation of pertinent project information including <br />photographs, mapping, schematics, field notes, existing studies and any study <br />findings. <br />D. Utility Survey <br />The proposed grade separation will greatly impact public services and utilities. <br />The Consultant shall conduct a survey that identifies all impacts to these <br />facilities and is solely responsible to conduct all necessary research to <br />complete this task. City staff will be available to answer questions and <br />provide guidance. At a minimum, the Consultant shall consult with Public <br />Works Agency staff and the following service and utility providers: <br />7 <br />
