He is <br /> currently providing foundation design recommendations for two grade separation <br /> MS/1979/Civil Engineering <br /> BS/1978/Civil En ineerin projects (Streeter Avenue and Riverside Avenue) in the City of Riverside. He is fa- <br /> g g miliar with Caltrans design philosophy and criteria, and the review process. He has <br /> PE/1987/California No: C41401 (Civil) worked closelywith civil and structural engineers to develop and refine cost-saving <br /> GE/1997/California No. 2345 schemes for foundations.
