The fee based on the scope in the RFP is <br /> $498,676. The alternate fee includes the RFP scope, a Project Report, and a complete <br /> environmental analysis for $1,090,386. By having a formal Project Report and certified <br /> Environmental Document, the project is better positioned for funding. Because of the experience <br /> of key personnel, client satisfaction, a competitive fee proposal, the additional services, their <br /> score, and the results of the pre-award audit, it is recommended that the firm of AECOM be <br /> retained to perform the required services in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,200,000, which <br /> includes a 10 percent contingency. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> In accordance with CEQA, the proposed request is not considered a project.
