Bus Services (OCTA) <br /> <br /> As part of this survey, the Consultant shall include both a field review as well <br /> as a review of available as-built drawings, encroachment permits, and utility <br /> franchise agreements for the projects areas. The results of this review shall <br /> be a database of utility records indicating type of utility, owner, drawing <br /> number, and other relevant information. Consultant shall also prepare a utility <br /> base map of the PROJECT area showing locations of all existing utilities. <br /> <br /> Deliverables -Utility Database and Base Map. <br /> <br /> E. Field Survey/Topography <br /> <br /> The Consultant shall perform all surveys and aerial mapping necessary to <br /> complete the requested scope of services. The Consultant shall prepare an <br /> aerial topographic survey map at a scale of 1" = 20' of the PROJECT site and <br /> surrounding area to provide all necessary information for horizontal and <br /> vertical controls. Survey of the PROJECT site shall be prepared in US <br /> Customary English units by a California licensed Land Surveyor in <br /> Microstation V8 format. The horizontal datum shall be NAD 83 and the <br /> vertical datum shall be NAVD 88. Survey shall be done to cover at least 100 <br /> feet beyond the PROJECT's ultimate right-of-way and shall include locating <br /> building foot prints, utilities, trees, sidewalks, fences, poles, meters, vaults, <br /> structures, street furniture, curb and gutters, etc. <br /> <br /> Deliverables -All electronic files and field notes for field survey/topography <br /> data collection. <br /> <br /> F. Traffic Studies <br /> <br /> The Consultant shall perform the traffic analysis in accordance to the PSRE <br /> development. The analysis shall support the preparation of the traffic impact <br /> section of the required environmental evaluation documents. The Consultant <br /> shall analyze travel-demand model and prepare future traffic projections for <br /> <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> 25G-22 <br />
