RESOLUTION NO. 00-17 <br />APRIL 24, 2000 <br />PAGE 1 OF 2 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Variance No. 00-03 is approved subject to compliance, to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all <br />applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the <br />California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the <br />Uniform Building Code, and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition <br />listed below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this <br />Variance. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. The applicant must remain in compliance with all <br />conditions listed below throughout the life of the <br />conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each <br />and every condition may result in the revocation of the <br />conditional use permit. <br />2. Comply with the conditions and requirements of DP No. <br />99-059 and the staff report exhibits. <br />3. There shall be no more than 1,200 seats or occupancy of <br />the church at any time. <br />4. The parish shall remove any graffiti occurring on the <br />property within 48 hours and clean up litter on the <br />premises within three hours of any assembly activity. <br />5. The use of the property is limited to a church and <br />related parish buildings and activities. No thrift <br />shops, food distribution programs, nor rehabilitation <br />programming may occur out of the premises, nor may <br />outside pushcart or other vendors vending from the <br />premises. <br />6. After project occupancy, landscaping is to be <br />maintained to include the minimum levels of plant <br />materials installed at the time of occupancy. <br />7. Public payphones, if provided, may only be located <br />within buildings or in the interior of the site. <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />
