RESOLUTION NO. 00-17 <br />APRIL 24, 2000 <br />PAGE 2 OF 2 <br />8. The school field is to be used for overflow parking on <br />Sunday and other special event occasions. <br />9. The Parish shall send out mailings and hand out <br />announcements requesting parishioner cooperation in <br />walking, carpooling, and/or attending earlier or later <br />Masses, and refraining from parking in the residential <br />neighborhoods. <br />10. The Parish Hall shall not be used for a separate <br />assembly activity when the main sanctuary is in use. <br />Parish facilities are not to be scheduled for one-half <br />hour prior and after regularly scheduled masses so as <br />not to conflict with the use of the sanctuary. <br />11. All new trees in the required front landscape setback <br />abutting streets, along entry drive aisles and lining <br />the play field shall be 24-inch box size or larger. <br />12. The following parking lot landscaping shall be <br />maintained as tradeoffs for a reduction in the number <br />of parking lot planters: <br />a. Tree wells shall be placed in the parking lot <br />areas so as to not conflict with playground <br />activities. <br />b. The play field shall be lined with a hedgerow of <br />trees abutting the parking lot. <br />c. The entry driveway from McFadden Avenue shall <br />include enhanced landscaping with 24-inch box <br />trees. <br />B. Police Department <br />1. The existing buildings and parking lot lighting must <br />conform to the provisions of Chapter Eight, Article II, <br />Division Three of the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />(Building Security Ordinance). These code conditions <br />will require that the existing project's lighting, <br />door/window locking devices, and addressing be upgraded <br />to current code standards. Lighting standards cannot <br />be located in required landscape planters. <br />
