The building architecture for any of the uses in this <br />development is to maintain the architectural vocabulary <br />established in the exhibits. <br />9. There is to be no exposed downspouts, overflow drains, <br />electrical or mechanical lines on the exterior of any of the <br />buildings in this development except in existing buildings. <br />10. The drive through lane is to be clearly identified by <br />directional signage. <br />11. Exterior trash receptacles are to be provided and maintained <br />around all food uses on-site and within adjacent parking areas. <br />12. Public payphones may only be located within buildings within <br />clear view of the counter. No exterior payphones are <br />permitted. <br />14. The buildings and site shall remain free of promotional banners <br />and flags. Permanent signage must be maintained in compliance <br />with the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br />15. After project occupancy, landscaping is to be maintained to <br />include the minimum levels of plant materials installed at the <br />time of occupancy. <br />16. No vending or reverse vending machines may be located on the <br />exterior of any structure on the property unless required by <br />State mandate upon which such machines are to be located below <br />the building canopy and screened. <br />17. The private street shall be installed in accordance with <br />approved street plans. <br />18. Security/limited access gates at driveways or interior property <br />line fencing to divide the site are prohibited. <br />
