RESOLUTION NO.99-34 <br />JUNE 14, 1999 <br />PAGE 1 OF 2 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 99-12 is approved subject to compliance, to <br />the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable <br />sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative <br />Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and all other <br />applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed <br />below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use <br />permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions <br />listed below throughout the life of the conditional use permit. <br />Failure to comply with each and every condition may result in <br />the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />2. The project shall be built in compliance with Site Plan Review <br />(DP 98-070) and the staff report exhibits. <br />3. The project is subject to the development standards and fees <br />in effect at the time of permit issuance. <br />4. Building permits for each of the proposed uses shall be issued <br />within two years of the date of the conditional use permit <br />approving the uses. <br />~ . The reciprocal access points between parcels two, three and four <br />shall remain open. <br />6. All outdoor play land or equipment and its enclosure are to be <br />reviewed .and approved by the Planning Commission prior to <br />permit issuance and/or installation. <br />7. The drives through lane and car wash access lane are to be <br />screened from view by a solid hedge along the lane perimeter. <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />
