• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-28 <br />JULY 12, 1999 <br />PAGE 1 OF 2 <br />• <br />Variance No. 99-07 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform <br />Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed <br />below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this site plan review <br />approval. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />throughout the life of the development project. Failure to comply with <br />each and every condition may result in the revocation of the site plan <br />review approval. <br />Conditions of Approval <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. No other signs or displays of any kind, including but not <br />limited to additional price signs, Chevron logos and <br />identification, banners, flags, pennants, streamers, window <br />signs, sale signs, advertisements, spandrel (spanner) signs, <br />advertising boxes on light standards, car wash or other <br />vehicular directional signs, etc. will be permitted. Only those <br />identified in a through e below are allowed: <br />a) One monument sign (freestanding) sign which includes the <br />"Chevron" logo, the words "Fast Pay", gasoline and diesel <br />fuel pricing, and the address. The monument sign not exceed <br />13 feet 2 ~ inch in overall height, 18 feet 10 ~ inches in <br />lineal feet and 49 square feet of advertising area. <br />b) One "Chevron" sign located on the south elevation of the <br />canopy. <br />c) One small "Chevron" logo located on the east elevation of <br />the canopy. <br />d) One "Food Mart" sign over the entrance to the building. <br />e) Six "Self" signs located on the edge of the spandrels. <br />ATTACHIVIENT A <br />
