RESOLUTION NO. 99-19 <br />APRIL 12,1999 <br />PAGE 1 OF 1 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 99-07 is approved subject to compliance, to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable <br />sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative <br />Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and all other <br />.applicable regulations.. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed <br />below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this site plan review <br />approval. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed in <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 99-07 and those listed below throughout the <br />life of the development project. Failure to comply with each and every <br />condition may result in the revocation of the site plan review approval. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. Comply with all conditions and requirements from the Development <br />Review Committee (DRC) for the development project (DP No. 97-67). <br />2. All future development is subject to the fees in effect at the <br />time of permit issuance. <br />3. Reciprocal access agreement easement shall remain in effect in <br />accordance with Tentative Parcel Map No. 97-221 between Parcels <br />one and two and the Carl's Jr. restaurant site located at 1720 <br />East Dyer Road. <br />3 ~ . ~ ^ ATTACHMENT A <br />Page 294 <br />
