Will the. proposed use comply with the regulations and <br />conditions specified in Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code for such a use? <br />The project has been designed to meet all Municipal <br />Code requirements for a service station with a food and <br />office component. <br />E. Will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan or <br />any specific plan of the City? <br />A commercial use such as a service station with a food <br />and office use is consistent with the General Plan land <br />'use designation'of General Commercial. <br />2.
