The outdoor storage is partially screened and <br />provides visibility for security purposes. Further, the <br />reduction in parking is supported by analysis which indicates <br />no impacts to other uses on the site or surrounding <br />properties. <br />D. That the granting of a variance will not adversely affect the <br />General Plan of the City. <br />Granting the requested variance will not adversely affect the <br />General Plan of the City. Due to the design of the project and <br />the analysis of the parking impacts, no adverse impacts are <br />anticipated from the outdoor storage. The project as proposed, is <br />consistent with land use, urban design and economic development <br />policies of the general plan and will be an overall asset to the <br />community. <br />2.
