The approval will allow the proposed <br />signage to be legible and therefore maintaining a safe condition <br />for the motoring public. <br />D. That the granting of a variance will not adversely affect the <br />general plan of the city. <br />The granting of the variance will not adversely affect the <br />City's General Plan designation for the area of Industrial (IND). <br />The signage proposed will not affect .the Industrial Land Use <br />designation. <br />3.
