'SOLUTION NO. 97-20 <br />.GE 1 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Should Variance No. 97-14 be approved, the project shall comply with all <br />applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California <br />Administrative Code, the Uniform Building Code, and all other applicable <br />regulations: <br />A. General Conditions <br />1. The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition <br />listed below ,prior to exercising the rights conferred by this <br />variance. <br />2. The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed <br />below throughout the life of the conditional use permit. Failure <br />to comply with each and every condition may result in the <br />revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />B. Planning Division <br />Prior to issuance of Building permits, complete the following: <br />• 1. Submit and have approved a sign program for 3100, 3110 and 3120 <br />West Lake Center Drive. <br />2. All signage on the site must remain in compliance with the City's <br />sign code. <br />r <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />
