The provision of <br />this additional service should increase sales, thereby <br />strengthening the viability of this enterprise. <br />D. Will the propose use comply with the regulations and <br />conditions specified in the chapter of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code for such use? <br />The proposed Alcohol Beverage Control License complies <br />with all regulations and conditions specified in the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code pertaining to an alcoholic <br />beverage licensed establishment. <br />Will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan of the <br />City? <br />The proposed sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premise <br />consumption will not have an adverse affect on the <br />General Plan designation of the General Business District <br />(GBD). The sale of alcoholic beverages is incidental to <br />the restaurant use which is permitted in the district. <br />2.
