Award a contract to Kormx, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder, in accordance with unit bid <br />prices in the estimated amount of $224,775 for construction of Omnibus Concrete <br />Improvements. <br />3. Approve a funding analysis with a total estimated construction cost of $280,800. <br />DISCUSSION <br />This project will provide for replacement of damaged and deteriorated concrete sidewalk, curbs, <br />gutters, cross gutters, wheelchair ramps, driveways approaches and concrete pavement at various <br />locations throughout the City. The work will be performed on an as-needed basis. <br />The Notice Inviting Bids was advertised on November 5 and 8, 2010, and bids were opened on <br />November 30, 2010.
