MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING NO. C-9-0826 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />has ninety-seven (97) intersections. The cooperating agencies for this corridor <br />are the cities of Anaheim, Brea, Costa Mesa, Fullerton, Orange, Santa Ana, and <br />Caltrans District 12. <br />The second TSS corridor to be implemented is the Harbor Boulevard BRT <br />Corridor. This corridor is approximately twenty-three (23) miles in length and has <br />one hundred and eight (108) intersections. The cooperating agencies for this <br />corridor are the cities of Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Fullerton, Fountain Valley, <br />Garden Grove, Santa Ana, and Caltrans District 12. <br />The third TSS corridor to be implemented is the Westminster/17th Street BRT <br />Corridor. This corridor is approximately fourteen (14) miles in length and has <br />forty-seven (47) intersections. The cooperating agencies for this corridor are the <br />cities of Garden Grove, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Westminster, and Caltrans <br />District 12. <br />All work performed will be subject to the rules, policies, standards, and <br />specifications of Section 86 of the State of California Standard Specifications <br />(SSS) and State of California Standard Plans (SSP) and each agencies' <br />respective standards and specifications, and policies. <br />1.4 TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYNCHRONIZATION DESIGN FINALIZATION PHASE <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />1.4.1 AUTHORITY shall issue a Notice to Proceed (NTP) to CONSULTANT to begin <br />the TSS design finalization phase and related activities. The design finalization <br />phase shall include the following specific activities: <br />a. Review all completed design phase documentation completed by others <br />including, but not limited to, reports, plans, diagrams, and data. <br />b. Provide a technical memorandum to AUTHORITY detailing findings of the <br />completed design phase documentation review. <br />c. Compile and review all agencies comments for the submitted Draft traffic <br />signal timing plans and Draft Signal Timing Optimization Plans completed <br />by others. <br />d. Obtain AUTHORITY approval to proceed with the Signal Timing <br />Optimization task deliverables. <br />e. Submit Final traffic signal timing plans and Final Signal Timing <br />Optimization Plan to AUTHORITY and agencies which addresses all <br />comments provided by AUTHORITY and agencies in the Draft Signal <br />Timing Optimization Plan. <br />Scope of Work 16 09/09/10 <br />
