MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING NO. C-9-0826 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />Manager (PM). The PM shall be responsible for overseeing the project <br />activities and shall be the single point of contact between AUTHORITY <br />and CONSULTANT and shall be responsible for all administrative and <br />management duties under this SOW as specified herein including, but not <br />limited to, providing directions to CONSULTANT staff, providing directions <br />to sub -consultants, contractors, agency personnel, and general project <br />coordination. <br />4. Field Technicians shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience of <br />providing signal timing implementation services, shall be familiar with the <br />different controller systems (hardware/software) as described in the SOW, <br />and shall be familiar with the agencies in Orange County. <br />5. CONSULTANT shall proceed with the number of sufficient qualified <br />personnel necessary to expedite and fully complete all services as <br />required under this CONTRACT in a professional manner and all <br />applicable professional standards. If the AUTHORITY observes <br />deficiencies with the CONSULTANT's PM, the AUTHORITY will request <br />the CONSULTANT to replace the PM within fifteen (15) days to ensure <br />the successful completion of this project within budget and schedule. If <br />such actions are required, CONSULTANT shall provide credentials for <br />review and approval by AUTHORITY. <br />6. CONSULTANT shall develop and submit for AUTHORITY written approval <br />a Work Plan (Deliverable) fifteen (15) days after NTP. The Work Plan <br />shall include the following: <br />a. CONSULTANT Organization chart with defined roles, <br />responsibilities, and percent commitment to this project. <br />b. Outline of tasks required to meet the goals and objectives defined <br />within the SOW. <br />c. Outline coordination requirements with agencies, contractor, <br />coordination requirements including, but not limited to: <br />i. CONSULTANT shall meet with AUTHORITY on a bi- <br />weekly basis throughout the project, and conduct <br />required meetings with agencies, contractors, and other <br />similarly involved third parties to complete tasks and <br />deliverables. <br />7. Project Schedule — Baseline (Deliverable) to submit to AUTHORITY in a <br />format as approved by AUTHORITY within fifteen (15) days after NTP. <br />Scope of Work 24 05/07/10 <br />
