MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING NO. C-9-0826 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />8. Final Deliverables List (Deliverable) within fifteen (15) days after NTP for <br />written approval by AUTHORITY. <br />9. Develop Monthly Progress Reports and invoices with detailed backup <br />information (Deliverable). The report shall include details of the current <br />status of the project against the work plan and the Project Schedule <br />(Deliverable). The Monthly Progress Report shall be updated and kept <br />current by CONSULTANT throughout the duration of CONTRACT and <br />shall clearly show start and completion dates of all activities. An updated <br />and current project schedule shall be included in each Monthly Progress <br />Report (Deliverable). The report shall include: <br />1 . Status of each deliverable. <br />2. Delays and issues with planned actions. <br />3. Organizational changes with key staff and level of commitment (all <br />key staff changes will require submittal of resume outlining level of <br />expertise as pertaining to project). <br />4. Progress of sub -consultants. <br />5. Include actual start and completion dates for work items completed <br />during report period. <br />6. Estimated remaining durations for work items in progress. <br />7. Identification of possible delays for work items scheduled to start <br />during month following report period. <br />8. Work items not included in the Project Schedule (Deliverable). <br />9. Any potential delays identified in the Monthly Progress Report <br />(Deliverable) shall be addressed as follows: <br />i. If the delay is within CONSULTANT's control, CONSULTANT <br />shall identify the problem, its cause, the work items affected, <br />any additional costs implications, and provide an explanation of <br />the proposed corrective action to meet the affected milestone <br />dates and/or to mitigate further delays. <br />Scope of Work 26 05/07/10 <br />
