MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING NO. C-9-0826 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />If the delay is not within CONSULTANT's control, <br />CONSULTANT shall identify the problem, its cause, its <br />duration, the specific work items affected, any additional costs <br />impacts, and the logic constraints of each work item. <br />CONSULTANT shall propose steps to mitigate any resulting <br />delay. <br />10. Submit all project documentation. CONSULTANT shall be responsible for <br />all delivery costs incurred in submitting project documentation to <br />AUTHORITY and agencies. CONSULTANT shall be responsible for <br />implementing corrections, as applicable, for all deliverables and <br />deliverable data as specified within the SOW including, but not limited to, <br />plans, schedules, and reports. <br />11. Interface with AUTHORITY, agencies, contractors, and other similarly <br />involved third parties regarding the requirements outlined in the SOW. <br />CONSULTANT shall maintain a record of all contact information and <br />provide information to AUTHORITY upon request in hard copy and <br />electronic formats compatible with Microsoft Office 2007 upon request. <br />12. Plan, schedule, arrange, and participate in all meetings related to the <br />SOW and as required by AUTHORITY. Document all meetings, prepare <br />and deliver agendas, and produce/distribute meeting minutes and action <br />item matrices (Deliverable). <br />13. Provide all pertinent project records to AUTHORITY no later than fifteen <br />(15) days after AUTHORITY written acceptance of the Final Technical <br />Reports (Deliverable). Documents shall be organized in accordance with <br />AUTHORITY Uniform Filing System or as specified by AUTHORITY in <br />writing. <br />14. Assist AUTHORITY with post audits, as requested by AUTHORITY in <br />writing. <br />15. CONSULTANT shall prepare and maintain a detailed progress schedule, <br />which shall be CONSULTANT's working schedule and shall be used to <br />plan, organize, and execute the work; record and report actual <br />performance and progress; and forecast remaining work. CONSULTANT <br />must fully comply with the schedule submission requirements specified <br />herein to ensure the timely processing of payments. Specifically, <br />submission of the monthly schedule update is a condition precedent to <br />any payment under this SOW. Work shall be scheduled so that any <br />specified intermediate milestone dates and completion dates are met. <br />16. The work specified in the requirement consists of submitting a schedule in <br />sufficient detail to show the sequence in which CONSULTANT proposes <br />Scope of Work 27 05/07/10 <br />
