He agreed with the conditions of approval; <br />however, he would like to provide rain birds in place of the tarps. <br />Commissioner Mondo and Segura asked several questions regarding the company's <br />operation policies. <br />Commissioner Mondo moved to approve Conditional Use Permit No. 96-32 with the <br />modifications to the conditions of approval related to the applicant <br />providing rain birds instead of tarps and the Conditional Use Permit to have <br />an additional review 90 days after approval. Enterprises to amend Conditional Use Permit No. 94-22 in order <br />to allow auto detailing at an existing car wash located at 601 East <br />Seventeenth Street in the Arterial Commercial (C6) zoning district. <br />LSOAL NOTICED: September 27, 1996 <br />PUBLIC NOTICED: October 4, 1996 <br />Approve the modified conditions of approval for Conditional Use Permit No. <br />94-22. <br />Mr. Marvin Ellenbecker, Landscape Associate, presented the staff report and <br />overview of the applicant's request. <br />Commissioner Mondo asked Mr. Phil Martin if the applicant was aware of the <br />sign ordinance and if the applicant would comply with the sign ordinance. <br />Mr. Martin responded yes he was aware of the sign ordinance and the applicant <br />would comply with the ordinance. <br />Commissioner Mondo moved to approve Conditional Use Permit No. 94-22 with the <br />added condition for the applicant to remove all illegal signs and maintain <br />signage on site in compliance with the Santa Ana Municipal Code.
