Commissioner Doughty asked if the applicant could sell more donuts during the <br />after hour operations. <br />Mr. Childress indicated that Ms. Tang would like to have the flexibility to <br />come in after hours to complete her work. <br />Commissioner Oliver asked if the project was conditioned for any building <br />upgrades. <br />Mr. Childress responded that only security upgrades were requested. <br />In addition, Mr. Childress informed the Commission that the applicant was <br />unable to attend the meeting. <br />Chairman Mondo asked if Ms. Tang had reviewed the conditions of approval. <br />Mr. Childress indicated that Ms. Tang had reviewed the staff report and <br />agreed with the conditions of approval. <br />Commissioner Doughty moved to approve Conditional Use Permit No. 95-38. The <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Oliver. <br />AYES: Mondo, Brown, Oliver, Doughty, Pedroza, and Segura <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Nalle <br />3 ORAL COMMUNICATIONS - COMMENTS FROM TAE PUBLIC. <br />(For matters not previously listed on the Agenda) <br />There were no oral comments. <br />4. EBCUSE OF ABSENCES. <br />Commissioner Oliver moved to approve the absence of Commissioner Na11e.
