PLANNING COMMISSION <br />f, L... ..1 1[f 1.~ <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />November 2T, 1995 <br /> <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Santa Ana Planning Commission was called to order by <br />Chairman Mondo at 6:05 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Room 147 Santa Ana, California. Other Commissioners present included: Margaret <br />Brown, Molly Doughty, Alexander Nalle, Teresa Segura, and Martha Brito and Diana <br />Lopez, student representatives from Valley High School. Commissioner Lynnette <br />Pedroza arrived at 6:15 p.m. Also in attendance were Robyn Uptegraff, Executive <br />Director, Kenneth Adams, Planning Manager; Richard Lay, Assistant City Attorney; <br />Charles View, Senior Planner; Jeffry Rice, Senior Planner; Vince Fregoso, <br />Associate Planner; Marta Crane, Assistant Planner Ii. Other staff in attendance <br />included: Pam Lucado, Public Works Agency; Mike McCoy and Yolanda Pena, Police <br />Department, Sharon McCain-Johnson, Recording Secretary. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />A. <br />8. <br />C. <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES of the regular Planning Commission meeting of <br />November 13. 1995. <br />Approve the minutes of the regular meeting of November 13, 1995. <br />RECONSIDERATION OF ACTIONS taken at previous meeting. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />None. <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 95-24 <br />(Vince Fregoso) <br />Filed by Mr. David Pillman to allow the sale of beer, wine, and distilled <br />spirits for on-premise consumption at the Gustaf Anders Restaurant located <br />at 1651 West Sunflower Avenue, Suite B-21 in the Specific Development No. <br />48 zoning district. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Confirm the Action of the Zoning Administrator approving Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 95-24 as conditioned by staff and adopt the findings as <br />submitted by staff. <br />Commissioner Nalle moved to approve the Consent Calendar <br />seconded by Commissioner Brown. <br />AYES: Mondo, Brown, Doughty, Nalle, and Segura <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Oliver and Pedroza <br />*** E N D O F C O N S E N T C A L E N D A R*** <br /> <br />The motion was <br />
