Due to the lack of a second, the motion <br />failed. <br />Chairman Mondo indicated Commissioner Oliver's motion would remain and in <br />addition to the modifications of the conditions, he requested that the <br />Conditional Use Permit be reviewed in six months. <br />Commissioner Oliver asked staff if the permanent closure of the gates <br />would eliminate traffic congestion. <br />Mr. View responded that it would not resolve all traffic concerns but <br />would significantly reduce neighborhood intrusion. <br />AYES: Brown, Oliver, Pedroza, and Segura <br />NOES: Mondo, Nalle <br />ABSENT: Doughty <br />Commissioner Nalle commented that it was unreasonable to expect the church <br />to cease operation at 9:00 p.m. and staff would have a difficult time <br />enforcing the condition. <br />Chairman Mondo noted he had no objection to the church being opened until <br />10:00 or later, however, parking problems would continue unless the gate <br />was permanently closed. <br />Discussion of Industrial Standards. <br />(Linda Hale/Sergio Klotz) <br />Due to time constraints, the item was set concurrently with the public <br />hearing for action on October 23, 1995 as Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. <br />94-4. <br />Comments from the Executive_Drector. <br />There were no comments made. <br />Comments from the Plannina Manager. <br />No comments were made. <br />Comments from the Plannina Commission <br />No comments were made. <br />Recess. <br />(Robyn Uptegraff) <br />(Kenneth Adams) <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES O <ahr 9, 1995 <br />2 <br />
