Number of Banners. <br />Proposal: <br />Four banners are proposed on the Main Street elevations. <br />Planning Commission Policy <br />Permit four (4) banners to be permanently installed on the east elevation. Content of banners. <br />Proposal <br />The proposed content of the banners is information about travelling or temporary exhibits om <br />site only. <br />Planning Commission Policy <br />To allow the four (4) banners to be used for the display of either traveling and or signature <br />on-site exhibits, with the condition that the banners be regularly maintained and be kept in <br />clean and attractive condition. <br />Motion: Mondo Seconded: Doughty <br />Approved 6:0 (Nape abstained). <br />' Restaurant issues: <br />14. S~arate access to the restaurant. <br />Proposal: <br />The Center includes an eating area intended for Center's visitors. <br />Planning Commission Policy <br />Approved no one muter I8 yem•s of age without an adult or a museum ticket would be <br />allowed in restaurant. Allow floor plan to remain as approved. Hours of operation of the <br />restaurant to be limited to the regular hours of operation of the museum excluding special <br />and after hour events 5:1 (Solorio no and Nalle absent). <br />Motion: Doughty Seconded: Cribb <br />Ms. Uptegraff informed the Commission that staff would prepare the appropriate legal instruments <br />to facilitate the Planning Commission recommendations and bring the instrument forward to the <br />Planning Commission meeting of June 22, 1998. <br />3.
