ORAL COMMUNICATIONS -COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC. <br />LFor matters not previously listed on the Agendal <br />Mr. James Kendrick, resident of Wilshire Square, informed the Commission that he had recently filed <br />a complaint against a resident who had installed a six foot fence located at 1200 South Ross Street. <br />In addition, he requested that staff and the Commission consider developing an ordinance not <br />allowing any front yard fencing. <br />5.
