Mr. Gary Bernstein, applicant, provided a description of the proposed sporting goods store and requested support for the project. Commissioner Solorio commended Mr. Berstein on the project and requested the applicant explain how he would guazd against stolen merchandise. Mr. Bernstein indicated that he would closely inspect the items and require all persons to present a valid driver's licenses. Mr. Mike McCoy, Police Department, indicated that the Police Department did not anticipate any problems with stolen merchandise at the proposed store. There were no comments from the public.
