Comments from the Executive Director. (Robyn Uptegraff) <br />Ms. Uptegraff informed the Commission of the status of the First American project. <br />Commissioner Oliver asked if any plans had been approved for the site. <br />Ms. Uptegraff indicated that no site plans had been approved, staff had only seen a subdivision plan. <br />K. Comments from the Planning Manager. (Kenneth Adams) <br />There were no comments. <br />L. Comments from the Planning Commission. <br />Commissioner Doughty informed the Commission that escrow was scheduled to close on 2828 North <br />Bristol with Brock Homes. <br />Commissioner MacDowell asked staff if any information had been received as to the cause of the <br />Farm to Market store closure. <br />Mr. Adams indicated that the only information received by staff was that the supermarket chain grew <br />a little faster than their potential. <br />Commissioner Oliver thanked staff for the removal of the no right-turn on a red light located at <br />Bristol and Memory lane. In addition, he encouraged staff to continue to make progress and make <br />improvements throughout the City for traffic circulation. <br />i, <br /> <br />Commissioner Verino indicated that the Montgomery Wazd's store at Bristol and Seventeenth Streets <br />had completed the automotive repair shop. <br />M.
