Comments from the Planning Commission. <br />Commissioner Nalle once again informed staff that the Plaza where the State, Federal, and County <br />Law Library buildings were located was unsightly, had empty tar bottom fountains which leaked <br />water, and requested that staff take appropriate measures to restore and make the area more attractive. <br />M.
