RESOLUTION NO. 97-O1 approving Conditional Use Permit No. 97-06 allowing the sale of beer <br />and wine for on-premise consumption at the Emerald Bay Seafood Restaurant located at 5015 West <br />Edinger Avenue, #V. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Adopt Resolution No. 97-O1. <br />D.
