<br />The Regular Meeting of the Santa Ana Planning Commission was called to order by
<br />Chairman Halle at 6:05 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Room 1478, located at 22
<br />Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California. Other Commissioners present included:
<br />Oliver, Mondo, Doughty, MacDowell, and Hanna. Also in attendance were: Robyn
<br />Uptegraff, Executive Director; Kenneth Adams, Planning Manager; Gary Sheatz, Deputy
<br />City Attorney; Charles View, Senior Planner; Linda Hale, Senior Planner; Jeffry
