GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 96-12 AND AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 96-19 <br />(Sergio Klotz) <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to amend the Land Use Element and to change <br />the zoning of properties located at 1302 and 1306 East Fourteenth Street from <br />General Business District (GBD) to Low Dena ity Residential (LR-7) and rezone <br />properties from Arterial Commercial (CS) to Single-Family Residential (R1). <br />LEGAL NOTICED: February 9, 1997 <br />PUBLIC NOTICED: February 10, 1997 <br />RECONMENDATION: <br />1.
