Adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 00-08 as conditioned. <br />Mr. Vince Fregoso, Senior Planner, presented the staff report, recommendations and <br />provided an overview of the wireless standards. <br />' Several Commissioners inquired as to the notification of the local residents and <br />neighborhood association of the project. <br />Mr. Fregoso stated that the property owners were notified of the proposed project. <br />Several property owners had expressed concern regarding the proposed wireless facility <br />obstructing television reception. Staff informed the interested parties that the facility <br />would not impact their reception and that the facility would be on another frequency. <br />Chairman Mondo opened the public hearing at 7:32 p.m. <br />Mr. Adan Madrid, representing SPRINT PCS, distributed a sketch of the proposal and <br />provided an overview of the project and applicant's request. <br />4 <br />
