Approve and adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Monitoring Program for <br />Environmental Review No. 99-172. <br />' 2. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 00-10 as conditioned. <br />Ms. Lynnette Perry, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and <br />recommendation for approval of the proposed equipment building with cooling <br />tower. <br />Chairman Mondo opened the public hearing at 7:40 p.m. and noted a letter from Mr. <br />Robert L.
