Approve and certify the Negative Declaration for Environmental Review No. 99-148. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 99-27 as conditioned. <br />Mr. Vince Fregoso, Associate Planner, presented an overview of the phase one clinic. He further informed <br />the Commission that no consideration was given to phase two and if the applicant chose to do construction <br />for phase two it would be brought before the Commission for discretionary approval. In addition, Mr. <br />' Fregoso highlighted staffs recommendation for modifications to Planning Division conditions of approvals <br />numbers two and three. <br />There were no public comments. <br />Motion to: I) Approve and certify the Negative Declaration for Environmental Review No. 99-148; and 2) <br />Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 99-27 as condetioned. <br />MOTION: Doughty SECONDED: Cribb <br />AYES: Verino, Mondo, Doughty, Solorio, and Cribb <br />OPPOSED: None <br />ABSENT: Nalle and Richardson <br />ABSTAINED: None <br />2. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 99-28 <br />Filed by Nextel Communications to construct a new 60 foot monopalm and a 10 foot by 20 foot shelter for <br />the placement of audio equipment located at 2401 South Pullman in the Light Industrial (Ml) zoning district. <br />(Continued by the Planning Commission December 13, 1999 to January 24, 2000) <br />PUBLISHED IN THE REGISTER: Ianuary 19, 2000 <br />PUBLICLY NOTICED: January 14, 2000 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />1. Receive and file the Categorical Exemption for Environmental Review No. 99-109. <br />Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 99-28 as conditioned. <br />Ms. Ann Ni, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and recottmtendation. <br />Ms. Bazbara Saito, representing Nextel, indicated that she supported staff s recommendation. <br />
