Approval of the Minutes from the special meeting of September 2, 1999 and the regular meeting of <br />September 13, 1999. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the special meetings of September 2, 1999 and the minutes from the regular meeting of September <br />13, 1999. <br />' B. Reconsideration of actions taken at previous meeting. <br />C. Discussion of Planning Commission meeting times. <br />Mr. Kenneth Adams, Planning Manager discussed rescheduling the Planning Commission meetings times and <br />suggested that the meetings begin at 4:30 p.m. instead of the present 6:00 p.m. start time due to the recent <br />lengthy agendas. <br />The Commission unanimously agreed to reschedule the Planning Commission meetings to begin at 5:30 p.m. <br />and instructed staff to set an appropriate start time if there was a lengthy agenda for specific meetings. <br />E.
