Approval of the Minutes from the meeting of April 26, 1999. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the minutes from the meeting of Apri126, 1999. <br /> <br />B. Reconsideration of actions taken at previous meeting. <br />C. Discussion of menu boards and olaylands at fast food restaurants. <br />Mr. Vince Fregoso, Senior Planner, lead a discussion with the Planning Commission regazding the menu <br />boards and playlands at fast food restaurants and requested direction from the Commission regazding <br />whether or not there was a consensus for code modifications. <br />The Commission unanimously agfeed not to modify currenk code requirements, <br />E.
