F. Comments from the Planning Manager and staff. <br />F. Comments from the Planning Manager and staff. <br />There were no comments. <br />G. Comments from the Planning Commission. <br />Commissioner Cribb expressed concern regarding street entrances to certain neighborhoods having <br />additional landscaping, specifically Right Street and Fairhaven Avenue. Ms. Joyce Amerson, Public Works <br />stated that the City had a masterplan for certain areas in the operations budget and she would check the azea <br />specified. <br />' Commissioner Cribb informed staff that there was an abundance of exterior signage located at Seventeenth <br />and Main Streets. <br />Commissioner Richazdson requested staff to investigate the backside of a loading ramp located at Fourth and <br />French Streets were per code. <br />Commissioner Richardson commended staff for the re-painting of the lights on Main Street to Warner and to <br />Seventeenth Street. <br />Commissioner Mondo stated that the shopping carts were blocking the sidewalk azea at Von's center at <br />South Bristol Street and requested that staff verify code violations. <br />I.
