ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 99-02 <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to amend Section 41-611 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to require a <br />conditional use permit for development of -B suffix properties citywide. <br />LEGALLY NOTICED: February 19, 1999 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />1. Recommend that the City Council adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. <br />99-02. <br />' 2. Recommend that the City Council approve and certify the Negative Declaration for Environmental <br />Review No. 99-24. <br />Mr. Joseph Edwards, Principal Planner, presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Commissioner Solorio asked what properties were in site plan review or had received site plan review <br />approval that had the -B suffix designation. <br />Stu€€ in€oetned the C~Inmissian that 500 S©uth Main was presently in plan checlt and 1015 South Main had <br />received site plan review approval, however, the abandonment related to the case was scheduled to be <br />reviewed by City Council in April 1997. <br />Planning Cammiaaion Minutce 1 March 22, 1999 <br />
