Discussion of current development projects. <br />Mr. Jeffry Rice, Principal Planner, discussed with the Commission the current development projects in the <br />City. He provided a development update for Main Place, the Burnett/Polygon site, Hutton Center, and the <br />Santa Ana Auto Mall. <br />Ms Uptegraff apprised the Commission that staff would be completing the rezoning of South Main Street. <br />E. Comments from the Executive Director. <br />There were no comments. <br />F. Comments from the Planning Manager and Staff. <br />' There were no comments. <br />G. Comments from the Planning Commission. <br />Commissioner Cribb informed staff that the site located on Santa Ana Boulevard and Main Street was in <br />need of repairs. He also asked if it was possible to expedite the landscaping of the median on Main Street <br />north of Edgewood. Ms. Joyce Amerson, Public Works Agency, stated that she would verify if the median <br />was the City's or Caltrans responsibility. <br />Commissioner Solorio informed staff that he had recently attended a Picalo Neighborhood Association <br />meeting and the association had apprised him that the street sweeper being used was not sufficiently cleaning <br />the street and requested that staff investigate to ensure that the sweeper was functioning correctly and being <br />maintained. In addition, he stated that he had recently read an article in the paper regazding Free Health <br />Clinics in Santa Ana and stated that he would like to be provided information regarding the issues and <br />requested that staff assist in providing sites in the City For the health clinics. <br />H.
