That the abandonment issue was not a <br />bargaining chip for the retail facility. In addition, he stated that he was extremely concerned with the <br />proposed tenants at the center and noted that if a proposal for a laundromat or alcohol beverage control <br />license were made it would need to be reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission. Commissioner <br />Mondo further requested staff develop an ordinance for a conditional use permit on check cashing <br />businesses. <br />Mr. Kris Kakkar further commented to the Commission that he would do everything possible to get the best <br />tenants in the development. <br />MOTION: Mondo <br />SECONDED: Nalle <br />YES: Verino, Mondo, Doughty, Nalle, Solorio, and Richazdson <br />NOES: Doughty <br />ABSENT: Cribb <br />ABSTAINED: None <br />' Commissioner Richardson requested that the applicant begin communicating with the neighborhood <br />association regarding the proposed tenants for the development. <br />3.
