Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2001-33 as <br />conditioned. <br />Verny Carvajal, Assistant Planner, presented the staff report. <br />Discussion held regarding the possibility of some the same conditions in the ABC <br />license being applied to the banquet facility, and the types of uses that will be <br />allowed, and whether or not the facility would be managed soley by Jason's Caterers. <br />Ben Kauffman clarified that the Conditional Use Permit would run with the land. <br />Chairman Mondo opened the public hearing. <br />Jason Kordas, representing Jason's Caterers, advised the Commission that he was <br />available to respond to any questions. <br />Discussion ensued regarding future review of the CUP.
