RECORDING SECRETARY REPORT <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter into the minutes. <br />The September 24, 2001 Agenda was posted at the City Hall Council Chambers on <br />September 21, 2001 at 9:10 a.m. <br />
