5. Excuse of Absences <br />Commissioner Dickman motioned to excuse the absence of Commissioner <br />Rogers. The motion was seconded by Commissianer Seeley and unanimously <br />approved by the Commission. Commissioner Seeley made a motion to excuse <br />the absence of Commissioner Bustamante and Vine Chair Dickman seconded <br />the motion, followed by a unanimous approval bythe Commission. <br />Chair Schaefer and Commissioner Chinn informed the Commission that they will <br />not be attending the June meeting. <br />6.
