INSURANCE ON FILE ,&ORK MAY PROCEED UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES %'2 OUNCIL it//N N-2002-182-07 CLERK OF C 2011 DATE: FEB SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO RECREATION SERVICES AGREEMENT UC YQ� THIS AMENDMENT TO RECREATION SERVICES AGREEMENT is entered into this 19'h day of January, 2011, by and between FELICE ILKCAGLA, an individual, (hereinafter "Provider") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"). RECITALS A. The parties entered into Agreement N-2002-182, dated December 31, 2002, as amended from time to time (hereinafter the "Agreement") by which Provider has provided Parent/Child Participation classes through the City's leisure class program. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to amend the Scope of Services, renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period and add compensation to pay for services during the extended term. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Sixth Amendment to Recreation Services Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended to read as set forth in Exhibit A Section 3, TERM shall be amended to extend the term through December 31, 201 1. 4. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Seventh Amendment to Recreation Services Agreement on the date and year first written above. ATTEST: CITY OF SANTA ANA MARIA D.
