Staff Comments <br />Senior Planner Sergio Klotz indicated staff will be conducting a historical <br />properties survey in Flower Park. <br />Associate Planner Hally Soboleske commented regarding collaboration with the <br />Community Development Agency in applying for a grant with Preserve America <br />for $150,000 that will be used on various programs for the downtown area. <br />4. Historic Resources Commission Comments <br />Commissioner Macres <br />• Recommended 2328 North Bonnie Brae property for consideration of <br />placement on the historical register. <br />Commissioner Lutz <br />• Commented on Farmer's Market area at 302 North Bush Street (northwest <br />corner of Third and Bush Streets) where the landscape is now only dirt <br />and the dirt makes for unsightly and unsafe sidewalks; consider <br />landscaping area by owner. <br />• Glad to see Mrs. Seeley recovering. <br />Commissioner O'Callaghan <br />• No comments <br />Vice Chair Schaeffer <br />• Commented on increase of graffiti throughout the City, mentioned he <br />called several times for removal and no action had been taken.
