Staff Comments <br />Senior Planner Sergio Klotz indicated staff will be conducting a historical <br />properties survey in Flower Park. <br />Associate Planner Hally Soboleske commented regarding collaboration with the <br />Community Development Agency in applying for a grant with Preserve America <br />for $150,000 that will be used on various programs for the downtown area. <br />4. Historic Resources Commission Comments <br />Commissioner Macres <br />• Recommended 2328 North Bonnie Brae property for consideration of <br />placement on the historical register. <br />Commissioner Lutz <br />• Commented on Farmer's Market area at 302 North Bush Street (northwest <br />corner of Third and Bush Streets) where the landscape is now only dirt <br />and the dirt makes for unsightly and unsafe sidewalks; consider <br />landscaping area by owner. <br />• Glad to see Mrs. Seeley recovering. <br />Commissioner O'Callaghan <br />• No comments <br />Vice Chair Schaeffer <br />• Commented on increase of graffiti throughout the City, mentioned he <br />called several times for removal and no action had been taken. What is <br />process for abatement? <br />• Thanked the Commission for excusing his absence last month. <br />Commissioner Seeley <br />• Thanked Commission for excusing his absence last month and also on <br />behalf of his wife (Jeree), thanked the Commission for get well wishes. <br />• Acknowledged his family attending the Commission meeting (Jeree, <br />Ashlyn, Joshua and Anne Reed); they were visiting to attend Jeree. <br />Seeley's graduation. <br />Commissioner Corpin <br />• Thanked Commissioner Macres for work stoppage at 617 South Orange; <br />indicated that a notice of violation was issued. <br />• Confirmed Template Review Committee meeting for June 2. <br />Historic Resources Commission Minutes 3 June 1, 2006 <br />
