CONSIDERATION OF CITYWIDE DESIGN GUIDELINES <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to consider the adoption of the Citywide Design <br />Guidelines. <br />' RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend that City Council adopt a resolution approving the Citywide Design <br />Guidelines. <br />Senior Planner Vince Fregoso recapped the changes to the guidelines. <br />Commission discussion ensued regarding the National Register District Infill. <br />Recommended that the Guidelines be amended and refined to address historic <br />infill projects. Chairman Cook-Giles recommended a work study session to <br />discuss the infill development in the historic districts.
