Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application No. 2003- <br />67. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Historic Register Categorization No. 2003-69. <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to place and categorize various structures on the Santa <br />Ana Register of Historical Properties. <br />Lynnette Perry, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Chairman Giles opened the public hearing. Karen Milner, owner, requested that the <br />property not be categorized, discussed the needs of potential tenants and noted they will <br />preserve the exterior of the structure. Chairman Giles closed the public hearing. <br />Commission discussion ensued on the interior improvements and exterior modifications. <br />Motion: <br />1. Adopf a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application No. <br />2003-67. <br />2.
